What we collect

When you request a call back, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email if you give it, ZIP code, the service you're interested in and any notes. If you text or call us, we receive your number and whatever you send, including photos and videos.

How we use it

Only to contact you about your quote and your service, and to keep records of the work we do. We don't sell your information.

Photos, videos and reports

Photos and videos you send us, and the photos and meter videos we take at your home, are used to quote and document your service. We won't publish them, or anything showing your home or address, without your permission.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and service records as long as we need them to serve you and keep business records.
