How do I get a price?

Do we need to leave during the treatment?
Yes. People and pets step out during our ADFT treatment and stay out until the product has settled and the re-entry time on its label has passed. We tell you the exact time before we start. You don't need to leave for cleaning-only visits.
Is it OK for kids and pets afterward?
Once the re-entry time on the product label has passed, your family and pets can come back in. Our disinfectant is thyme-based and carries EPA's lowest signal word, CAUTION. You can read its full label on our products page.
Someone in our home has chemical or fragrance sensitivities. Can you help?
Yes. Tell Austin when you call. We'll send you the product label and Safety Data Sheet ahead of time so you or your doctor can review them, and we can do a cleaning-only visit with HEPA air scrubbing and skip the treatment step if you prefer. Our disinfectant is thyme-based, so expect a light herbal scent until the home is aired out.
What products do you use?
For ADFT we use Thymox Disinfectant Spray, EPA Reg. No. 87742-1, a thyme-based disinfectant registered in Colorado. Every product and its label is listed on our products and labels page.
What do the ATP numbers mean?
Lower means cleaner. An ATP reading shows how much organic residue is on a surface. We swab the same spots before and after so you can compare. ATP readings don't identify specific germs, and readings from different meter brands aren't comparable.
What if a surface doesn't test cleaner?
We re-clean it on the spot and test it again, while you watch.
Why do you run an air scrubber?
Cleaning stirs up dust. A HEPA air scrubber filters fine particles out of the air while we work, and we record particle readings before and after in your report.
Will the treatment harm my electronics or furniture?
The product label tells us to consider material compatibility before applying it, and we do: we cover or skip anything delicate. Point out special finishes or electronics when we arrive.
Do you move furniture?
We'll move light items to reach surfaces. Please clear counters and floors where you can before we arrive so nothing gets missed.
What areas do you serve?
Fort Collins, Timnath, Windsor, Loveland, Wellington and Berthoud, plus Estes Park on scheduled route days, where a trip charge may apply.
Do you get rid of mice?
No. We clean up after rodents, following CDC guidance. Keeping them out is a job for a pest control company.
